Terms & Conditions

• Skiing inherently can be dangerous. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance, including off-piste (if you have booked an off-piste lesson), before the booking. Carré Neige is generally not sufficient.Your insurance should have rescue, medical and cancellation coverage.

• To reserve each booking, a deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer. The balance is due 2 weeks before the lessons dates. 

• Cancellations will not be refunded if made less than one week before the lesson. We will do our best to change dates if suitable options area available. Lessons are not cancelled if adverse weather conditions.

• Poor snow, lift closures, poor weather / visibility and hangovers/ bad health  are not reasons for a refund. Please make sure that your insurance covers these eventualities.

• Before coming on a ski holiday, you should ensure that you are physically fit and able to ski. You should also check your equipment.

• If any of the contact details change, the onus is on the client to ensure that these changes have been forwarded and an acknowledgement has been made. An SMS, Whatsapp message or email on the morning of the lesson is not deemed sufficient as a change of details.

• The evening before, at around 1900hrs you should be contacted for the following day’s meeting point.
